Published on January 12, 2023

Dear all,

Please find below the media monitoring report from 2 to 8 January, 2023. These press cuttings have been selected amongst 459 articles identified by our media monitoring system.

The PBS documentary three-part series “Searching, Our Quest for Meaning in the Age of Science” with Alan Lightman, featuring Fabiola and CERN, started airing on Saturday 7th January.

The news regarding ALICE media update still gets media coverage. Le Figaro interviewed Yasmine Ahmis to cover the LHCb data release. The long read dedicated to dark matter research with Stefano Panebianco’s interview has been published on Futura-Science website. Following interviews lined up by the press office, Physics Today published an article (attached) about the steps that scientists take in their respective labs (including CERN) toward climate sustainability.

Other mention included Archana Sharma decision to dedicate Pravasi Bharatiya award to Indian students, the CERN astronaut Slawosz Uznanski.

We wish you a very nice week!

Kind regards,

The Press Team
