COMMUNITY

NINE YEARS OF THE CERN ALUMNI NETWORK: CONNECTING PEOPLE, IDEAS AND IMPACT

On 8 June 2017, the CERN Alumni Network was launched with a simple vision: to ensure that the CERN experience did not end when a contract did. Nine years later, that vision has grown into a global community of more than 12,000 members across over 150 countries. Over the years, the Network has brought alumni together through reunions, mentoring, regional and interest groups, career support, and community initiatives, while continuing to celebrate the achievements and impact of CERN alumni around the world. As we celebrate this milestone, we thank everyone who has contributed to building this remarkable community and look forward to welcoming alumni back to CERN for Fourth Collisions in March 2027. Read the full article: https://alumni.cern/news/13271624
