From CERN to industry: Elisabetta Parozzi's career transition
After five years at CERN as a doctoral student and senior fellow, Elisabetta Parozzi faced the difficult decision of leaving fundamental research and moving into industry. After seven months of searching, she found her current role as a Data Consultant at Argusa — through the CERN Alumni Network.
Her story highlights the importance of networking, communicating your skills beyond academia and staying connected with the CERN community when navigating a career transition. Fourth Collisions 2027: connect with companies and explore new opportunities
Fourth Collisions will take place at CERN from 19 to 21 March 2027, bringing alumni from around the world together once again.

Oxygen collisions at the LHC show new indications of extreme state of matter
