CERN in the media from 14/08/2023 to 20/08/2023

Published on August 29, 2023

Dear all,

Please find below the media monitoring report from 14 to 20 August 2023. These press cuttings have been selected amongst 1,062 articles identified by our media monitoring system.

The RAZOR Science Show featured ALICE and AMS experiments. Le Temps interviewed Frédéric Ferrand regarding the helium-supply shortage (attached). Both activities were organised by the Press Office.

Other mentions include the opening of Science Gateway in October and the successful LHC leak repair. The coverage about the new room-temperature superconductor LK-99 and the last results published by Muon g-2 collaboration remains high in the news.

We wish you a very nice week!

Kind regards,

The Press Team
