Article: CERN Staff Association - Moving forward with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In 2024, the Staff Association established a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion working group, which developed a work plan approved in October. Key initiatives include: sanitary products for women, diverse representation, mentoring programs, and co-parental leave.
Upcoming Events

Tuesday 03.12.2024, 9:00-10:30. The Staff Association will hold a public meeting to present various initiatives, including topics like conscious hiring—a strategy proposed by HR to promote the hiring of more women and individuals from underrepresented nationalities.
