Fabiola Gianotti’s interview with Austrian radio ORF during the FCC week was broadcasted as can be seen here on their website.
As for the past month, coverage continued to focus on ALICE turning lead into gold. Following publication of the paper of the BASE collaboration in Nature recently, the topic of antimatter transporation significantly regained traction. The media update on CMS’s use of AI in Higgs research was also picked up.
Chile becoming an Associate Member State continues to be mentioned. Local media le Messager published a comprehensive article about the FCC feasibility study.
Other mentions include a general article about the Higgs boson, Rolex and CERN’s partnership, CMS’s result on toponium, and the Open Quantum Institute’s latest collaboration with Wolfram Research and Classiq on power management optimization.
