Please find below the media monitoring report for the period 8–14 September 2025. These press cuttings have been selected from the 1,277 results identified by our monitoring system.
The publication of a new book by Tim Berners-Lee generated several mentions of CERN in both the written press and podcasts. Ben Segal’s contribution to the development of the web was covered with an article by Swiss media le Temps.
ISOLDE’s results on Chromium-61 was covered again this week by several media. The n_TOF experiment was extensively covered in an article by the Innovation News Network, written with inputs from the Spokesperson Alberto Mengoni.
Following a visit organised by the Press Office earlier this year, CERN was featured in the second episode of France Culture’s series “voyage au cœur de l’atome”.
Other mentions include many articles on 10th September reminiscing about the LHC being turned on in 2008, a general article about FASER in Romanian media, and an article about a project against air pollution in South Africa carried out with CERN’s support.
