Study from Commission Femmes et Astronomie de la SF2A Shows Gender Drop‐Off in French Astronomy Careers
A statistical study covering 11 astronomy and astrophysics institutes in France (~1,525 staff) found that the share of women consistently declines with increasing seniority, job security, qualification level and salary. Read more here
