Meet Ask Lovschall-Jensen, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder at Seaborg Technologies

Ask first came to CERN in 2009 to do his PhD within the ATLAS Collaboration. Soon after leaving CERN he co-founded Seaborg Technologies in a Copenhagen cellar in 2014. The company has now grown to 30 employees and is looking to expand to 80 before the end of 2021.

Seaborg is developing a nuclear reactor technology fundamentally different from what exists today. They are making nuclear an inexpensive, sustainable and safe technology that can out-compete fossil fuels and revolutionise energy markets. Ask's and Seaborg's vision is to bring such reactors to market by 2025. To achieve this vision, Seaborg is seeking great minds and talent, particularly from within the CERN Alumni talent pool.

Join Ask and his Head of People and Culture for a virtual Company Showroom to find out more about Seaborg, its technology and the profiles they are seeking, on Friday 26 February 2021 from 12:00 to 13:00 CET. Register here: https://alumni.cern/events/49855
