CERN in the media from 01/03/2021 to 07/03/2021

Dear all, 

Please find below the media monitoring report from March 1 to March 7, 2021. These press cuttings have been selected amongst 781 articles identified by our media monitoring system. Additionaly there is also one article from March 12 that mentiones Tim Berners-Lee.

Several media covered the recent CLOUD media update as well as the news update on the 59 hadrons discovered at the LHC.
A few articles addressed the topic of the proximeters put in place at CERN in order to fight the transmission of Covid-19.
 
As last week, CERN’s submissions of Open Hardware License (OHL) family of licenses for consideration to the Open Source Initiative (OSI) was covered by several outlets.
 
New technologies among which a fiber optic dosimeter, manufactured in collaboration with CERN, will be tested in the International Space Station.
