CERN in the media from 6/11/2023 to 12/11/2023

Published on November 20, 2023

Dear all,

Please find below the media monitoring report from 06 to 12 November 2023. These press cuttings have been selected amongst 561 articles identified by our media monitoring system.

The opening of the Science Gateway continues to receive coverage in local and international media. The press release regarding Alpha-G results is still drawing attention, despite being published almost two months ago. GESDA is also still being covered.

Additional mentions include announcement of the visit of Emmanuel Macron and Alain Berset to CERN, CERNs electricity consumption, SESAME being a « very special child in the Middle East », a general article about FASER, and articles commemorating the formal management proposal submission of Tim Berners-Lee and Robert Cailliau in November 1990 for the World Wide Web.

We wish you a very nice week-end!

Kind regards,

The Press Team
