CERN Alumni Third Collisions: Fostering Connection and Community

Between 9 and 11 February 2024, CERN, witnessed a momentous gathering as just under 600 people convened for the triennial reunion, Third Collisions. This vibrant event served as a testament to the enduring impact and camaraderie within the CERN community and provided provided a platform for CERN alumni to reconnect and exchange ideas.

Third Collisions presented attendees with a diverse and dynamic programme meticulously crafted to spark intellectual curiosity and facilitate connections. From captivating keynote addresses to interactive panel discussions, participants were immersed in a vibrant tapestry of ideas, exploring a wide array of topics including climate science, artificial intelligence, medical technology, and the intersection of data science in sports.
