AI GROUP – CALL TO ACTION

We’re launching a new group dedicated to AI careers and applications across science and industry — and we are looking for a co-group manager interested in running it. The group wants to connect alumni with researchers and employers working at the forefront of AI-driven discovery and explore how physics expertise translates into fast-growing AI roles, offering insights into career paths, skill needs, and the challenges shaping this rapidly evolving field.

If you would like to join as a member, help the group managers understand your interests by filling in this short survey: https://alumni.web.cern.ch/form/cern-alumni-ai-careers-group-sur

PHOTO OF THE WEEK

A favourite CERN memory captured by Inaki Ortega Ruiz in 2012: an unexpected find outside Building R1 that, for him, sums up the spirit of CERN — remarkable people, curiosity, and a shared sense of humour.
