Please find below the media monitoring report from 5 to 11 April. These press cuttings have been selected amongst 1559 articles identified by our media monitoring system.
Fabiola Gianotti was mentioned by a few Italian outlets for participating in the Rome Science Festival on the 15th of April and for being nominated among the members of the G7 Council on gender equality.
The ALPHA press release on cooling antimatter using laser light for the first time was covered in the media, while the discovery of the Odderon was covered by Portuguese outlets. Latvia becoming an Associate Member State was covered by a few Latvian and Russian outlets in advance of the signature. The announcement of the Muon g-2 by Fermilab was also covered by multiple media on a worldwide level.
