On Thursday, June 30, join the Swiss Startups - Workshop for Female Entrepreneurs at the EPFL Innovation park from 15h00 to 18h00
There will be a discussion on various financing instruments available to Swiss startups and their pro’s and con’s from founders’ and investors perspective. The second part of the workshop will be a deep-dive into the various stages a typical equity financing round, from term sheet negotiations to due diligence, the key components and provisions of the final transaction documentation to signing and closing.
